A must see on the South Lawn (Waterloo Entrance), are 5 wooden sculptures by artist Laura Facey. The sculptures were fashioned from the buttress roots of a cedar tree into a group consisting of 6 pieces. However, only 5 are present at Devon House. They are in a star (originally 6 points) shape, symbolic of Christ. The sculptures were carved in 2006 and made up the exhibition – Everything Doors (www.laurafacey.com)
