The
Grand Ballroom: The splendor
of the ballroom is etched in the ceiling, which is done in
wedgewood and features cherubs. The elegance of the room intensifies
with a crystal chandelier (original to the house), adam sofa,
a console table and a Broadwood piano, said to be one of the
earlier prototypes of the “piano-forte”, which
was the type of piano used by German composer Ludwig van Beethoven.
